摘要
高新技术企业是一种耗散结构系统。运用耗散结构理论对高新技术企业管理进行了研究 ,指出高新技术企业管理要遵循开放性原则、整体性原则、动态性原则、非平衡原则和驾驭涨落的原则。
The dissipative structure theory is applied to study the management principles for high tech enterprises. It is noted that the opening principle, the integrating principle, the dynamic principle, the non balancing principle and the principle of mastering rise and fall should be carried out in high tech enterprises.
