摘要
平面包络环面蜗轮副具有优良的啮合性能 ,它是一种具有广阔应用前景的传动形式。为了进行平面包络环面蜗轮副的标准化、系列化生产的需要和理论实体型面信息的进一步研究 ,介绍了对平面包络环面蜗轮副进行参数化设计的方法 ,实现了软件系统的开发。此外还介绍了该软件的开发环境、软件结构和主要功能 ,并且用所开发的软件进行了平面包络环面蜗轮副参数化设计的实例计算 ,显示了该软件的优越性。
Worm pairs of planar envelope hourglass have many advanced meshing properties and potential applications. In order to design and produce worm pairs with standardization and serialization, and for the further study of the theoretical solid surface, a parameterization to design worm pairs of planar envelope hourglass is proposed and a parameterization software is developed. The development environment, and both the structure and the function of this software are introduced. This software is applied to an example, showing its practical advantage.
