摘要
着眼于“入世”和未来的竞争,我国的四大国有银行不但要大,而且更要强。要使国有银行既大又强,关键是要在更深层次上对国有银行进行所有制改革。除此之外,四大国有银行之间还应当加强业务合作,加大业务创新,精简机构和人员,搞好人员培养,建立和健全内控制度等。
