摘要
通过狂犬病病毒灭活和纯化试验 ,试制精制Vero细胞狂犬病疫苗。疫苗经检测残余小牛血清白蛋白含量、Vero细胞残余DNA含量、疫苗效价、安全试验均能达到WHO规程要求。
The procedure of inactivation and purification for purifying Vero cell rabies vaccine(PVRV)was explored by studying on inactivation with beta propiolactone(BPL),and purification with chromatography.The residual calf serum contents,residual Vero cell DNA contents,potency and safety tests of the purified Vero cell rabies vaccine prepared with this procedure all met the WHO Requirements of Biological Products(Edition 1986),so this procedure of inactivation and purification was available for large scale production of purified Vero cell rabies vaccine.
