Genetic Polymorphism of TNF in the Han of Guangdong

摘要 采用PCR -RFLP技术对 10 3例广东汉族人TNF多态性进行了检测 ,结果是 :TNFβ 1纯合子表型频率为 0 2 5 2 4,TNFβ 2纯合子表型频率为 0 2 913 ,TNFβ 1/TNFβ 2杂合子表型频率为 0 45 6 3 ,TNFβ 1基因频率 0 480 6 ,TNFβ 1基因频率 0 5 194。本结果与其他人群的结果进行了比较。 The sample of 103 Guangdong Han people were determined for TNF by PCR-RFLP methoid,The results are as follows:genotypefrequency:TNFβ *1/ *1 0 2524,TNFβ *2/ *2 0 2913,TNFβ *1/*2 0 4563,Genefrequency:TNFβ *1 0 4806,TNFβ *2 0 5194.The results of this investigation were compared with that of others population.
