摘要
目的：对颅骨巨细胞瘤（giant cell tumar of bone，GCT）临床表现、辅助检查、病理、治疗及预后加强了解。方法：结合有关文献，回顾分析了13年来经手术治疗的4例GCT。结果：肿瘤根治性切除2例，邻界切除2例。术后头痛症状缓解，颅神经障碍得到不同程度的改善或消失。随访1年至4年，患者情况良好。结论：颅底GCT虽然是一种潜在的恶性肿瘤，如果做到肿瘤根治性切除，可有望防止肿瘤复发或转移。
Objective To study the clinical features auxiliary examinations pathogenesis treatment and prognosis of the giant－cell tumor of skull base GCT． Methods Four cases of operated GCT were reviewed retrospectively． Results Radical resections were done in 2 cases and subtotal resections in 2． In the period of 1 to 4 years follow－up the cranio－neurological interferences ameliorated in some extent and headache alleviated． Conclusion Giant－cell tumor of the skull base is a latent malignant tumor but recurrence or metastasis can be prevented if radical resection is done．
