摘要
为探讨中药治疗肝硬化脾功能亢进症的疗效 ,对 2 3例肝硬化失代偿期所致的脾功能亢进症患者 ,予以柔肝健脾方治疗 ,同时观察治疗前后临床 5个常见症状、B超下脾门厚度、血细胞三系指标。结果 :3个月后 2 3例中显效 7例 ,有效 1 2例 ,无效 4例 ,总有效率为 82 61 % ,治疗前后各数据对比有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 ) ,临床症状 。
To observe the effects of 'Liver Softening and Spleen Nourishing Decoction' in treating hypersplenism,23 cases were treated with this decoction.The common symptoms,B ultrasonic thickness of spleen hilus and blood cells were observed.3 month treatment later,results showed marked effect in 7 cases,effectiveness in 12 cases and failure in 4 cases,and the total effective rate was 82 61%, P <0 01.
