大鼠全脑缺血模型的脑电图验证 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :用脑电图验证四血管关闭全脑缺血模型。方法 :选取 30只Wistar大鼠 ,按pulsinelli方法制成全脑缺血模型 ,以脑电图出现直线波作为全脑完全缺血指标 ,分别与正常鼠、椎动脉关闭鼠、颈动脉关闭鼠脑电图比较 ,并与正常鼠比较全脑缺血后脑组织病理学改变。结果 :单纯颈动脉或椎动脉关闭鼠脑电图均不出现直线波 ,全脑缺血 5~ 10s后 ,2 5只鼠中的 2 3只出现直线波 ,模型成功率 92 % ,全脑缺血鼠与正常鼠比较 ,脑组织病理学无差异。结论 :脑短暂缺血不会造成脑组织的明显损害 ,以脑电图出现直线波作为全脑完全缺血的指标来验证全脑缺血模型的方法简单、可靠、易行 。 Objective:To vertify global cerebral ischemia model induced by four-vessel occlusion with electroencephalogram (EEG).Methods:Rats(n=30) were prepared into global cerebral ischemia model individually by Pulsinelli's methods.The straight line in EEG was believed to be a parameter of global cerebral ischemia completely.The changes in EEG were compared respectively with normal,arteria vertebralis,arteria carotis and four-vessel occlusive rats.The cerebral histopathalogic changes were also compared with normal and postischemia rats.Results:The straight line wave in EEG didn't appeared in arteria carotis and arteria vertebralis occlusive rats only,23 of 25 global cerebral ischemia rats appeared the straight line wave after 5~10 seconds of global cerebral ischemia.Successive rate of the model was 92%.The difference have not presented between normal and postischemia rats in cerebral histopathologic examination.Conclusion:The results indicate that straight line wave in EEG was a useful parameter to vertify the global cerebral ischemia model completely,this method was simple,reliable and easy to be used.
