This paper puts its emphasis on the principles and methods of measuring the PMD of single mode optical fiber by coherent interferings, makes the online measurement of single mode optical fiber G.652 and G.655 produced by YOFC, and gives the series line value of the PMD of these two kinds of optical fibers,according to the data of the measurement.The result shows,that the PMDS of fibers of YOFC meet the standard.
