摘要
对Xa2 1在转基因水稻新汕B后代R1、R2 群体的遗传方式及稳定性进行初步分析 .特异PCR分析从分子水平表明Xa2 1基因已稳定遗传至R1代 ,自交R1代的抗感带型分离比为 3:1,揭示出Xa2 1基因在转基因水稻中按孟德尔方式遗传 .Hyg培养基发芽和田间接菌鉴定显示 ,Xa2 1转基因水稻对Hyg和白叶枯病的抗性多数在后代中出现3:1的分离 ,对白叶枯病的抗病性呈连续分布 ,能传递至较高世代 ,并且能在R2 代获得纯合株系 .图 3表 3参
Transgenic cloned lines of rice variety XinshanB from 2 generations of R 1 to R 2 was utilized to study and analyze the transformation, integration, expression and inheritance of exogene- Xa 21.The results of molecular examination(PCR)of R 1 indicated the alien DNA was introduced into rice chromosome and expressed.Inheritance analysis of R 1 generation showed that most of the R 1 expressed the resistance to Hyg and bacterial leaf-blight.31 ration of segregation (resistant/susceptible)indicated a single exogene copy was located on chromosome of the recipient and inherited to progene(R 1).Resistance level to bacterial leaf-blight was different,but could be transmitted to high generations.Some pure lines were obtained in R 2 generation.
