摘要
本研究在C6 36细胞感染登革Ⅱ型病毒 2 4h后 ,用DDRT PCR对细胞基因表达的变化进行了研究 ,并对其中 2条表达有变化的基因进行了序列分析 ,1条为感染后表达量增加的基因片段 ,1条为感染后表达量减少的基因片段 ,通过GenBank查询尚未发现同源序列。这一发现对于阐明登革病毒和其宿主细胞之间的关系 ,探讨病毒感染的细胞内机制有积极的意义。
Twenty four hours after C6/36 cells infected with Dengue type 2 viruses, Genes of C6/36 cells which alter their expression were examined by dfferential display PCR technique. Two gene fragments, one increasing its expression, the other decreasing its expression, were cloned and sequenced, respectively. No similar sequences were found in GenBank database. This finding would help for further understanding the interaction between Dengue virus and its host cell and for explaining the inner mechanism of dengue infection to its host cell.
