摘要
预焙阳极用于大型铝电解槽。阳极焙烧是阳极生产过程中的一个工序。由于生产阳极的主要原料是石油焦和沥青 ,因此在阳极焙烧过程中会有大量沥青烟气排出 ,该烟气中含有 3 ,4-苯并芘这种强致癌物质 ,排入大气后会对周围环境及人体造成危害。本文介绍及比较了国内常用的阳极焙烧烟气净化方法 。
The prebaked anode to be applied to the high amperage aluminum reduction pot must experience a baking process.As the main raw materials for producing the anode are petroleum coke and pitch, therefore large amount of pitch fume will be emitted from the baking process.Such pitch fume contains quite a lot of 3,4-benzopyrene which is a kind of strong carcinogenic substance and very harmful to the environment and the health of human being.This paper introduced and investigated several scrubbing processes for effectively controlling the pollutants emission from the anode baking fume.
