摘要
本文分别采用石蜡、祥和专用蜡、白油作为软PVC注塑料的外润滑剂。研究了上述外润滑剂对熔体流动性能 ,注塑加工效率 ,制品外观的影响。实验结果表明 ,选择适当的润滑剂和用量 ,可以较好地改善软PVC注塑料的熔体流动速率 ,加工性能和提高注塑加工效率 ,同时尽可能减少外润滑剂析出 。
The effects of outer lubricants such as paraffin,special wax and white grease on fluidity and processability of injection_mould materials of soft PVC and ware appearance were studied.The results showed choosing suitable lubricant and its quantity may improve the fluid velocity and processability of injection_mould materials of soft PVC,reduced the separating out of outer lubricants and made the ware smooth.
