摘要
1 - (2 -甲氧基苯基 )哌嗪氢溴酸盐是苯基哌嗪类抗高血压药物的一个重要中间体。以 1 (2 -甲氧基苯基 )哌嗪氢溴酸盐为原料 ,经 48%氢溴酸与醋酐 (1∶1)脱甲基得 1- (2 -羟基苯基 )哌嗪氢溴酸盐 ,将所得产物用红外光谱测定其结构 ,结果证实合成样品的结构与目标化合物一致。
Bis-2-chloro-ethylamine hydrochloride was used as initial material by cyclizative condensation with o-Aminoanisole to get 1-(2-Methoxyphenyl) piperazine hydrochloride,which was demethylated by heating to reflux in aqueous of 48% HBr and acetic anhydride (v/v 1∶1 ) to afford the corresponding o-Hydroxy derivative,1-(2-Hydroxyphenyl) piperazine hydrobromide.The synthesized compound was identified with IR spectra.The result showed it was consistent with the proposed structure.
