摘要
以含氢聚甲基硅氧烷、八甲基环四硅氧烷和丙烯酸酯为原料 ,以水为分散介质 ,采用水溶性催化剂通过乳液聚合法合成了水乳型有机硅织物柔软整理剂 ;并对其理化指标和应用性能进行了测试。结果表明 :采用该柔软剂处理的织物手感柔软、滑爽、丰满、挺括、活络率高、干湿摩擦牢度高、色泽明亮、无色光变化、无泛黄现象 ,具有优异的车缝性和耐洗性 。
s:The organosilicon emulsion softening agent was synthesized from hydrogen containing polymethylsiloxane,octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane,acrylate and aqueous catalyst in water by emulsion polymerization.Its physical,chemical and application properties were tested.The results showed that the treated fabric felt out softening and smoothing.It was safe highly,not irritating to the human skin and hadnt obvious effect on the color and shade of the treated fabric.
