摘要
采用三维弹塑性小变形有限元技术 ,对内压下含以腹部为中心的环向裂纹等径焊制三通的极限载荷进行了系统分析。结果表明 ,浅裂纹 (a/T≤ 0 .5)和短深裂纹 (a/T≥ 0 .75)对极限压力影响很小 ,肩部中心裂纹对三通极限承载能力的削弱远小于腹部中心裂纹。
For the equal diameter welded pipe branch junctions containing circumferential flank center cracks, the plastic limit pressure was studied systematically by using 3 D elastic plastic small deflection FEM. The results show that the influence of shallow surface cracks( a/T ≤0.5) and short deep cracks ( a/T ≥0.75) on limit pressure is very small, and the reduction of limit load for crotch center cracks is by far smaller than for flank center cracks. The results can be used as the basis for integrity assessment of pipefitting.
