摘要
目的 观察硝苯地平控释片短期治疗对高血压病患者异常血压昼夜节律的逆转作用。方法 30例经动态血压监测血压昼夜节律消失的高血压病患者 ,口服硝苯地平控释片 (拜新同 ) 30～ 6 0 mg,每日 1次 ,治疗前和疗程第 6周时进行动态血压监测。结果 30例中 ,异常血压昼夜节律逆转 17例 ,未逆转 13例。结论 拜新同治疗后 ,约 5 7%高血压病患者的异常节律可被逆转。
Objective To investigate the short term effect of reversing abnormal blood pressure biological clock rhythm of 24 hours by Nifedipine GITS in patients with essential hypertension.Methods Thirty patients with abnormal blood pressure circadian rhythm by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM)were administered oral Nifedipine GITS 30～60mg/day,and were examined by ABPM again after 6 weeks.Results The blood pressure rhythmic abnormalities were reversed in 17 patients among the 30 patients with essential hypertension.Conclusion After short term treatment by Nifedipine GITS,the abnormal blood pressure circadian rhythm of 57% patients with essential hypertension returned to normal.
