摘要
目的 :研究ras、p5 3、p16与nm2 3基因及增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)在卵巢肿瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法 :采用ABC免疫组化技术对 5 0例卵巢肿瘤石蜡包埋组织标本进行了检测。结果 :ras、p5 3、nm2 3基因及PCNA的阳性表达率在卵巢恶性肿瘤中较交界性肿瘤中及良性肿瘤中高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而 p16基因的阳性表达率在卵巢恶性肿瘤中较交界性肿瘤中及良性肿瘤中低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :癌基因及PCNA的表达产物有助于卵巢良、恶性肿瘤诊断和鉴别 ,且可用于判断恶性肿瘤患者的预后。
Objective:To determine the expression of ras,p53,p16,nm23 genes and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in ovarian tumors and their clinical significance.Methods:ABC immunohistochemical technique was used in paraffin embedded tumor tissues from 50 samples with ovarian tumors.Results:The positive expression rates of ras,p53,nm23 and PCNA in ovarian cancers were higher than those in borderline tumors or benign tumors (P<0.05), while the one of p16 in oavarian cncers was lower than that in borderline tumors or benign tumors (P<0.05) ?Conclusion: The expression rates of p53,p16,and PCNA in ovarain cancers were relative to clinical stage,differentiation grade and lymphaden metastasis ( P<0.05) ,the one of nm23 was relative to differentiation grade and lymphaden metastasis (P<0.05) ,the one of p21 was only relative to differentiation grade ( P<0.05). Conclusion:The expressions of p21,p53,p16,nm23 protein and PCNA are not only useful for diagnosis and differentiation of benign and malignant ovarian tumors,but also helpful for prognosis of patients with ovarian cancer.
