摘要 Aim: To study the roles of spinal cyclooxygenase (COX) -2 in the development of persistent spontaneous nociception and mechanical and thermal hyperalgesia induced by subcutaneous(s.c.) bee venom injection, the effects of intrathecal (i.t.) administration of a selective COX-2 inhibitor, etodolac was evaluated in the conscious rat. Methods: Chronic intrathecal (i.t.) catheterization was performed and effects of i.t. pre-and post-application
