摘要
目的 探讨降纤酶治疗急性无 Q波心肌梗死 ( NQMI)的临床疗效及安全性。 方法 2 4例NQMI患者在常规治疗基础上应用降纤酶 1 0 u加 0 .9%氯化钠 1 0 0 ml静滴 ,1 h内滴完 ,每天 1次 ,连用 3天 ;监测心肌酶、血脂、血液流变学、心电图及胸痛、梗死后心绞痛等临床情况。 结果 降纤酶能显著提前 CK-MB峰值时间和 ∑ ST回升时间 ,明显缓解胸痛和降低梗死后心绞痛发生率及血脂、血液流变学各项指标 ,临床疗效和监测指标均有显著性或非常显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 5 ,或 P <0 .0 1 )。 结论 降纤酶治疗 NQMI疗效确切 ,副作用小 。
