摘要
对TiAl金属间化合物与 4 2CrMo钢进行了真空扩散连接。采用扫描电镜对连接接头的显微组织和成分分布进行了初步地分析。研究发现 ,母材与中间层发生了扩散反应 ,采用加入中间层的真空扩散连接TiAl金属间化合物与 4 2CrMo钢具有良好的可焊性。
In this paper, research on weldability between TiAl intermetallics and 42CrMo alloy steel has been performed, in which interlays is Ti-based alloy. Scanning electron microscope has been used to study microstructure and ingredient distribution in welding joint. The conclusion is that there is enough diffusion reaction between base material and interlays, vacuum diffusion bonding weldability of TiAl and 42CrMo is good.
