在医疗卫生体制改革进一步深入的新形势下 ,为使妇幼保健机构在激烈的医疗保健市场的竞争中立于不败之地 ,作者从充分认识妇幼卫生工作的重要性与特殊性 ,发挥妇幼保健机构的特色和优势 ,增进妇幼保健机构的综合服务能力等方面 ,阐述了坚持贯彻妇幼卫生工作方针 。
Under the new situation of the medical health system reforming ,in order to keep a foothold in violent competition of the medical health market for the MCH organizations ,the important meaning of persisting in carrying out the MCH work principles and penetrating comprehension and being sure of the reforming and developing direction for MCH organization was explained in the article in following aspects: full comprehension the importance and the specialty of the MCH work, giving full play the characteristics and the superiority of MCH organization ,promoting the comprehensive service ability of MCH organization.
