摘要
《母婴保健法》是我国第一部保护妇女儿童健康权益的专门法律 ,《母婴保健法实施办法》作为《母婴保健法》的配套法规 ,已于 2 0 0 1年 6月 2 0日以国务院令颁布实施。为实现“两纲”目标 ,要认真学习领会《母婴保健法实施办法》的实质内容 ,利用各种媒体资源开展广泛深入的宣传 ,树立以人为本 ,尊重个体的服务理念 ,保障广大人群的生殖健康 ,同时协调好生殖健康与母婴保健、计划生育的关系 ,为提高中华民族的健康水平 ,为发展我国的母婴健康事业做出新贡献。
The 'Mother and Child Health Law of the People's Republic of China' is the first special law for protecting the health rights and interests of women and children in China. The 'Enforcement measure of Mother and Child Health Law', which is taken as a necessary law of the 'Mother and Child Health Law of the People's Republic of China', has been promulgated and implemented in 20,June 2001.In order to realize the aim of the 'Two Outlines', we should earnestly learn and grasp the essence of 'Enforcement measure of Mother and Child Health Law', widespread carry out the propaganda, set up the service thought about 'with the main emphasis on person, to hold the individuality in esteem', guarantee reproduction health of the people. At same time, we should coordinate the relationship between the reproduction health, MCH and family-planning. We should also make new contributions for raising the Chinese people's health level and developing the MCH cause of China.
