摘要
目的 探讨甲状腺疾病的高频超声声像表现及应用价值。方法 应用 7.5 MHz探头超声仪检查就诊的甲状腺疾病患者 30 0 0余例 ,观察声像表现特征。结果 根据病理学改变各种甲状腺疾病的超声影像各具一定的声像特点。结论 高频探头超声仪因其具有简便、无损伤、可重复检查等优点 ,可广泛应用于甲状腺疾病的临床诊断。
Objective To probe into the image presentation of thyroid diseases with high frequency ultrasonograph and its application.Methods Three thousand cases with thyroid diseases were examined with 7.5MHz probe of ultrasonograph and the results were studied.Results Different thyroid diseases exhibit different image changes.Conclusions High frequency ultrasonograph can be used widely in clinical diagnosis and scientific research on the thyroid diseases because it's simple, non-traumatic and able to be repeated.
