摘要
目的 了解南水北调中线工程河北省供水区内地方性氟中毒 (地氟病 )现况。方法 普查河北省供水区内 7个地级市 2 76 86个行政村的水氟含量和改水现状。对饮水含氟量超过 1.0 mg/ L 病区村按轻、中、重分层 ,随机抽取 5 1个村进行重点调查。结果 普查的 2 76 86个行政村中饮水氟含量超标率 38.2 7% ,45 34眼改水井中仍有 36 .7%的井水氟超标 ,大部分传统改水降氟措施效果不佳。重点调查的 5 1个村中 ,8~ 12岁在校生8183人氟斑牙患病率 2 5 .0 4% ,16~ 6 5岁 6 6 0人右前臂 X线正位片氟骨症检出率 3.94% ,氟斑牙与氟骨症患病率随水氟浓度升高而升高 ,随饮用高氟水年限的增长而增高。结论 南水北调河北省供水区水氟含量超标严重 ;病区人民长期饮用高氟水是该地区饮水型氟中毒的主要原因。
Objective To study the fluorosis situation in Hebei area related to the NanShuiBeiDiao Middle Programm.Methods Mass survey the water fluoride content in 27 686 villages. Sampling survey the fluorosis teeth rate, fluorosis bone rate and the preventive methods in 51 villages with the water-fluoride-content of 1.0 mg/l or above. Results The water-fluoride-content of 38.27% villages in 267686 over national standard, and 36.7% in 4535 improved water wells; Most of defluorosis methods are not effective because of poor administration,finacial problem and the over exploiting of underwater. The fluorosis teeth rate is 25.04% in 8183 school children aged 8~12, and is 3.94% of X-ray fluorosis bone in 660 adults aged 16~65.The rate of fluorosis teeth and bone increase following the increasing of the water-fluoride-content and the drinking years of high fluoride water(χ 2=4098.00 P<0.01,χ 2=26.00 P<0.01).Conclusions The water-fluoride-content is seriously over the national standard in those area; The high water-fluoride-content is the main reason of fluorosis in those area; The NanShuiBeiDiao Middle Programm is the best method to control and eliminate the fluorosis in those area.
