摘要
为了解糖尿病病人血糖波动的原因 ,对 10 2例因血糖波动而重复住院的糖尿病病人饮食治疗知识及饮食现状进行调查。结果 :73.5 %病人虽懂得饮食治疗的重要性 ,但72 .5 %病人逢年过节时不能正确进餐 ,大多数病人对具体的食物治疗有错误的认识 ,且 92 .2 %的病人不知道食品交换法。提示 :应加强饮食治疗重要性的教育 ,纠正病人饮食治疗中的错误认识 ,教会病人应用食品交换法。
To know the cause of fluctuation of blood sugar in diabetes, 102 cases of readmitted patients due to blood sugar fluctuation were investigated on their knowledge about the diet treatment and diet status quo. Results showed that 73.5% of the patients knew the importance of the diet treatment. But 72.5% of them can not have his meal correctly in the holidays. Most of them had wrong knowledge about the diet treatment. And 92.2% of the patients did not know food exchange way. Suggested that one should strengthen the education of the importance of diet treatment and correct the wrong views in the diet treatment. And one should also let them know the way of food exchange.
