摘要
目的 :探讨胰岛素抵抗 ( IR)、血脂异常与脑梗死之间的关系。方法 :测定脑梗死病人急性期和恢复期胰岛素、血脂并与健康对照比较。结果 :脑梗死病人血糖、血脂及胰岛素敏感指数 ( ISI)与对照组相比有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :胰岛素抵抗可作为缺血性脑血管病的一个独立危险因素。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between insulin resisance(IR),blood lipid abnormality,and cerebral infarction.Methods:The levels of blood lipid,glucose,and insulin were detected in patients of cerebral infarction,compared with those in norma controls.Results:The levels of blood insulin,glucose,and lipid were different during different courses of cerebral infarction( P <0 05).Conclusion:Our study showed that IR did not have a significant relationship with lipid abnormality,it was an independent risk factor of cerebral infarction.
