本文介绍了用“电流平衡法”带电测量耦合电容器的电容量 Cx和介质损耗因素 tanδx,与停电测量结果比较 ,具有操作简便 ,易于推广 ,测试结果准确的优点。
The paper introduces measuring tangent loss and capacitance of coupling condenser by the current balanced method.Compared with the method of fuse transmitter,it is easy to operate and the result is more exact.
