摘要
分析了所研制放电器的工作原理 ,给出了关键器件电容及电阻的选择依据 ,介绍了放电器的组成及功能。
The work principle of a battery discharger is analyzed in this paper. The selected basis of main elements, i. e. capacitor and resistor, are suggested. The main function and component of the battery discharger are also introduced.
