摘要
为确保电网调度自动化系统 (EMS/DMS)远动信息准确可靠 ,结合华北电网调度自动化系统生产运行维护中的实际应用情况 ,叙述了利用远动规约测试及故障分析系统准确诊断并快速处理解决远动信息的故障与异常问题。同时 ,对该系统在设计开发、系统构成、具有的功能特点 ,以及在基建、改扩建工程和日常生产运行维护等方面的重要作用进行了阐述。
In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of remote information in power dispatch automation system (EMS/DMS),the telecontrol protocol test and failure analysis system is used to precisely diagnose and quickly treat the failure and abnormity of EMS/DMS. Its applications in the operation and maintenance of North China Power Network are introduced. The system design and development, system configuration and built in functions, the important role it plays in the construction and daily operation and maintenance of power network are dissertated as well.
