摘要
本文研究认为,我国海陆相地层中常见的盾形化石是植物硅酸体众多形态中的一种类型。并对盾形化石的生理、生态意义进行了讨论。
Analysis of shield fossils shows that the shield fossil found in the marine and terristrial deposits of China is one kind of the opal phytolithes originating from plants. In addition, the significance of the physiolgoy and ecology of the shield fossil is discussed.
