摘要
创新是人的本质特征 ,是时代发展和社会进步的客观要求 ,也是人类社会的永恒主题。创新的实质是思维创新 ,不断启迪人的智慧 ,培养高素质人才 ,是实现创新的关键 ,营造良好的创新环境至关重要。创新大致上可分为理论创新、技术 (应用 )创新和社会 (管理 )创新三大类。
New idea creating is the characteristic of human beings, and is the objective demand of the society development and improvement, and is also the immortal subject of human society. It is actually the thinking creation and the key to realizing the creating of new ideas, which constantly enlightens man's intelligence and makes high-quality personnel. It is of vital importance to construct perfect new idea creating environment. New idea creating is generally made up of three categories: theoretical creation, technical creation and administrative creation.
