摘要
针对 Internet教学实践中上网速度慢、收费高等缺点 ,建立一个虚拟 Internet教学实践系统 ,学生通过该虚拟系统的学习使用 ,达到迅速熟悉和掌握 Internet的目的。
Owing to the disadvantages of slow speed to get on Internet and high expenses to use it during the Internet teaching, it is necessary to have a virtual Internet learning system. By learning and using this system, students can quickly become familiar with and master Internet.
