摘要
目的 :观察三黄制剂对实验小鼠血糖含量、体重和饮水量的影响。方法 :用四氧嘧啶制造小鼠糖尿病模型后 ,给小鼠灌服优降糖、治疗药 ,正常组给以等量蒸馏水 ,连续给药 12 d。第 6d,第 12 d禁食 12 h后 ,分别测定小鼠血糖含量。第 6d开始分别测定各组小鼠 2 4h的饮水总量 ,连续测定 5 d。结果 :三黄制剂高、低剂量组均能不同程度地降低小鼠血糖含量。结论 :三黄制剂能降低试验小鼠血糖含量 ,剂量越大 。
Objective:To observe the influence of Three Yellow Preparation on the blood sugar content, body weight and water taking of experimental mice.Methods:After making mice diabetes models with alloxan, spodfeed these mice with glybenzcyclamide and therapeutic medicine, give equal distilled water to the normal groups continuously for 12 d. On the sixth and the twelfth day, stop giving them food then determine the blood sugar content separately 12 hours later. Since the sixth day, determine the total within water taking 24 hours of all the mice in each group for 5 days.Results:Both high and low dose of Three Yellow Preparation can reduce mouse's blood sugar content in different degrees.Conclusion:Three Yellow Preparation can reduce experimental mouse's blood sugar content, the dose is more, the hypoglycemic effect is better.
