摘要
目的 探讨记忆合金环抱器在治疗四肢长骨骨折中的应用价值。方法 采用记忆合金环抱器内固定治疗四肢长骨骨折 5 6例 ,并进行临床分析。结果 经 10～ 2 4个月随访 ,骨折断端均在术后 3～ 10个月获得骨性愈合 ,无环抱器断裂、松动、脱落等并发症。结论 记忆合金环抱器是治疗四肢长骨骨折较有效的方法 ,尤其对于某些骨裂、粉碎严重的骨折及陈旧性骨折 ,固定效果佳 。
Objective To consider the application value of amplactant machine with mnemic alloy and in the treatment of limbs fracture.Method Applying the internal fixation by ample ctant machine with mnemonic alloy, 56 cases of limbs fracture were treated.Result After following-up observation of 10～24 month, the all o f bony union of 56 cases had been obtained within 3～10 months after the ope rations, without the complications,such as amplectant mach ine brokenness, slackness and olishe, etc.Conclusion It is a kind of more effective method to a pply the amplectant machine with mnemonic alloy for treatment of limbs fracture. Especially for severe broken fracture and comminuted fracture,this method is much better,and the simplicity of one's performance.
