数种农副产品和味精废液对卤虫Artemia饵料效果的初步研究 被引量:5

摘要 一、引言随着水产养殖事业的迅速发展,卤虫Artemia的饵料价值已变得越来越重要了。特别是作为海水幼鱼、幼虾的饵料,近年来由于对虾养殖发展得很快,卤虫卵已严重地供不应求,许多天然卤虫资源也遭到破坏,因此发展各种形式的卤虫养殖势在必行。有关卤虫的高密度养殖,国外已有许多成功的例子。 Four different types of food, each at six concentrations, were tested to determine their effects on the growth of the brine shrimp. Artemia, for days 1—3 and days 4—7. The food types were cornmeal, millet bran, wheat bran and gourmet waste. For the days 1—3, cornmeal was the best diet of the four ones, its optimum concentration was 0.l0mg dry wt/ml/day. The effect of wheat bran was the second, the third was millet bran, the gourmet waste was the worst. For the days 4—7 experiments, in the first three days the nauplii were fed with the optimum concentration of cornmeal. From the 4th day, concentrations of each diet were increased daily on the basis of the optimum concentration obtained from the 1—3 days experiments. Concentrations of cornmeal, wheat bran and millet bran were increased 0.012~0.060 mg dry wt/ml/day. Gourmet waste was increased 0.007~0.035 mg dry wt/ml/day. Cornmeal was the best diet for the days 4—7, its optimum increased concentration was 0.024 mg dry wt/ml/day. The effect of the wheat bran was the second, millet bran was the third, the gourmet waste was the worst again.
