摘要
通过二烷基二硫代磷酸和丙烯酸异辛酯的加成反应,研制出适用于无灰高压抗磨液压油的无灰极压抗磨剂上309。对上309的组成、结构进行了分析,用上309调制的无灰高压抗磨液压油通过了台架及应用试验,并与国外同类剂进行了比较。
Shang-309 ash-free extreme pressure anti-abrasion additive, suitable for use in ash-free high pressure anti-abrasive hydraulic fluid, is formulated by the addition reaction of dialkyl dithiophosphoric acid with isooctyl acrylate. The composition and structure of the additive are analyzed. The ash-free high pressure hydraulic fluid blended with Shang-309 additive has passed the bench test and application test. The performances are compared against foreign additives of the same grade.
