稠油出砂冷采激励地层出砂技术 被引量:6

摘要 在大量分析研究的基础上确定了稠油出砂冷采成功与否的先决条件 ,即油层能否大量出砂形成蚯蚓洞网络。在此基础上进行了激励地层出砂技术研究。研究结果表明 ,大孔径射孔弹平均入口孔径为 17 75mm ,平均穿深为 2 85 5mm ,起爆率、穿孔率达到 10 0 % ,杵堵率为 0 ;优选出的稠油冷采活化剂具有降粘能力强、洗油率高的优点 ,在现场实施中取得了较好的效果 ;大孔径、深穿透、高孔密复合射孔激励地层出砂技术和稠油活化剂诱导地层出砂技术 ,都具有较好的激励地层出砂和增产效果。 Network of earthworm holes forming out of significant sand producing is the prerequisite for the success of heavy oil cold production. Study also indicates large diameter bullet can achieve 100% explosion rate and penetration rate, 0 plugging rate at 17.75 mm in diameter and 285.5mm in depth. Optimal selected active agents for heavy oil cold production features strong de-viscosity strength, high oil flushing rate. Generally speaking, large hole diameter, deep penetration, combined and high density perforating, active agent will all lead to relatively ideal sand producing and stimulation results.
