摘要
为解决套管缩径、弯曲、错断变形直接影响油井生产的问题 ,采用爆炸技术修复变形套管 .该技术是利用炸药爆炸产生的高压冲击波胀开变形套管 ,打开通道 ,达到修复的目的 .文中根据现场应用情况 ,对该技术的基本原理 ,装药结构 ,施工工艺等 ,进行了分析研究和经验总结 ,并提出一些建议 .经现场应用证明 ,该技术结构简单 ,使用安全 ,成本低廉 。
Casing deformation (diameter reduction, bending, and dislocated breaking) is a knotty problem to all the oil companies. Explosion technology was successedly applied to the repair of the deformed casing. The principle of the technology is stated in the paper. The technology is to use the high pressure shock wave produced by the explosion of explosive to expand the deformed casing and open the passage inside the casing. Explosive design and construction program are also discussed. The experience on the field application of the technique is summed up, and some proposals are put forward.
