DEVELOPMENT AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF CHINA AIRBORNE GEOPHYSICAL SURVEY OVER OFFSHORE AREAS

摘要 我国海洋航空物探工作发展可分为三个阶段:第一阶段是五十年代至六十年代前期为初期阶段;第二阶段是七十年代为全面概查时期;第三阶段是八十年代后期为高精度勘查阶段.初步查明了我国附近海域断裂及中新生代岩浆岩分布情况,并在我国附近海域大陆架范围内发现和圈出了几处大型的基岩坳陷或沉积盆地. Airborne geophysical survey over sea areas in our country has developed through 3 stages: the first stage (the initial stage) bagan in 1950's and ended in early 60's, during which airborne magnetic survey was made for the Songl-iao Plain, the Liaohe River Plain and the southern North China Plain, and geologie interpretation was given as well. Besides, airborne magnetic survey on the scale of 1:1,000,000 was conducted over the Bohai Sea and the adjacent areas. The second stage occurred in 70's, a period of thorough reconnaissance survey. Except the Taiwan Strait, all the sea areas of China (including Bohai Sea, Yellow Sea, East China Sea and) northern South China Sea) were surveyed airborne-magnetically. Some petroliferous basins or provinces were further dealt with on the scale of 1:200,000. Thus obtained the first-hand data about magnetic field changes have provided basis for the determination of geo-logic-tectonic character, sedimentafy-basin distribution and resource evaluation in these sea areas. The third stage, in late 80's, is for high-precision survey. Large-scale airborne magnetic survey with high precision has been carried out over important areas of some oil-and gas-bearing basins. For example, aerom-agnetic survey on the scale of 1:50,000 has been contributed to the Liaodong Gulf and the western Bohai Sea. Geologie achievements got from the airborne geophysical surveys are mai-nly as follows: 1.Having obtained in short time data and informations about magnetic fields of the sea areas, providing nearly all basic maps of geophysics for und-erstanding geologie tectonics, basement tectonic characteristics, and develop-ment of magmatic rocks and fracture systems in the sea areas. 2.Having filled in the gaps in the studies of geologie tectonics in the sea areas 3.Having made clear the distribution of faults and Mesozoic and Cenozo-ic magmatic rocks. 4.Having discovered and trapped several large-scale basement depressions or sedimentary basins in China continental shelves. 5.Having focused interpretations on local structures (or oil- and gas-bear-ing structures) instead of on regional structures.
