摘要
齿轮激光淬火是一种提高金属零件表面硬度和耐磨性能的新技术。它能使齿轮齿廓表面获得较高的硬度和极小的变形,可以减少硬齿面齿轮磨削加工的工时和费用。激光淬火对提高硬齿面齿轮的生产效率是一种非常可取的加工方法。本文研究了齿轮轮齿两侧齿廓面经过激光淬火后产生“背面回火”的条件,并进一步探索适合激光淬火的齿厚及模数范围。
The laser surface hardening, which increcses the hardness and wear resistance of the gear, is a new heat treatment technique. It can decrease time and cost when the gear is grounded. This peper makes a study of the back tempering when the gear is laser quenched, and further provides a suitable range of thickness and modul Of the gear for the laser s rface hardening.
