摘要
本文从研究国内外管理发展的历史出发,对划分管理发展阶段的习惯用词进行了修正,并认为当今的管理已进入了一个包括人、财、物、信息、科技等多元复杂系统管理的新阶段。同时,作者还认为管理是现代生产力的组成部分,指出“管理是社教”的提法是片面的,有碍于生产力和经济的发展。
In the light of the history of managerial development at home and abroad, this paper mod fies the habitual phraseology for classifying managerial development phases, and holds that modern management has stepped into a new phase and has become a multivariate complex system including man, finance, material, information, science and technology and so on.The paper also regards management as part of the modern productive forces and points out that the formulation 'management is socialist education' is lop-sided, which hinders the development of economy and productive forces.
