摘要
本文介绍了起重机起升机构试验台的设计思想和基本构造,作者将该试验台简化为九自由度力学模型,应用计算机仿真分析了起重机起升机构在过渡过程中的动力响应。在理论上对起升机构的动力响应进行了进一步的研究。还阐明了弹性联轴器的阻尼,刚度和高速轴上各转动惯量等参数对起升机构动力响应的影响。
This article introduces the designing theory and the basic construction of the crane hoist test bed. Simplifying the test bed into ninefreedom hoist mechanic model, the article analyses, through computer simulation, the dynamic resporse of the crane hoist during the transition of startup or lowering stop. Moreover, the article elucidates the influence of various parameters on the dynamic response of the hoist- the damp of elastic coupling, stiffness, each turning inertia of hoist shaft, etc.
