摘要
本文论述了柴油机技术状态及故障诊断的新方法——应用轴系扭振的特性作为故障诊断的手段。笔者根据研究成果,阐明了柴油机工作过程与扭振特性之间的紧密关系及相互间对应的因果联系,讨论了柴油机机械故障与扭振特性的影响。结论是轴系扭振将是柴油机技术状态及故障诊断的一种前途广阔的有效的新途径,将成为振动噪声故障诊断的一项极其重要的方法。文章还提出了今后的研究方向。
This paper explains how to use the torsional vibration characteristic as a means to diagnose the troubles occurring in the technical condition of the diesel engine. On the basis of the authors' research work, the paper elaborates on the close. correlation between the engine performance and the torsional vibration characteristic and discusses the influence of the trouble of the diesel engine in technical condition on the torsional vibration characteristic. It is concluded that the torsional vibration of the engine shaft system is a new effective method to diagnose the troubles occurring in the technical condition.
