摘要
随着世界经济的缓慢复苏,1993年世界贸易将会以较快的速度发展,增长率有可能达到6.5％的高水平。但是,当前世界贸易发生的新情况、新问题不无令人忧虑:德国在与美国争夺第一出口大国;美国外贸前景不容乐观,区域化集团化进一步发展,关贸总协定体系受到冲击。作者认为,运行40多年的关贸总协定已不适应新的世界贸易形势,有必要进行改革。
In the wake of the slow recovery of the world economy, the world trade in 1993 will be developing in a very rapid speed with a high increase rate of 6.5%. But the new conditions and problems of the world trade make people worried. Germany is competing the first nation of export with the USA. The prospect of American foreign trade is not optimistic. The rigionization and groupization will further develop. The system of GATT has been lashed. The author thinks that GATT, which has run for more than 40 years, is not adaptable to the terrain of the world trade and should be reformed.
