描述了汽车零部件企业资源计划系统的结构，说明了各功能模块的组成，分析了实施汽车零部件企业ERP系统的软硬件环境。
This paper describes structure of automotive parts ERP system and shows the key models of system. The developing environment of software and hardware is analyzed as well.
