摘要
本文是系列论文的第二篇 ,论述我国远程教育的繁荣、发展和调整。文章指出 :从 70年代末到 80年代上半期我国远程教育经历了一个恢复、发展和繁荣的时期。而从 80年代中期到 90年代中期 ,我国远程教育的发展进入了一个相对平稳的发展和调整时期。文章既指出了这一时期中国广播电视教育特别是卫星电视教育 (包括电视师范教育和各类非学历教育 )的创新和发展 ,也讨论了国家主管教育行政部门对电大高等专科教育的控制和调整。从邓小平南巡谈话到中央电大建校 15周年前后的纪念活动 ,成为我国电大发展的新的契机 ,并为我国远程教育的战略革新和起飞时期作了准备。
This is the second one of the series papers,focusing on the stages of development,prosperity and adjustment of distance education in China.From the end of 1970s till the middle of 1980s,China's distance education experienced a recovering,developing and prosperous period.However,between the middles of 1980s and 1990s,it encouraged an adjusted decade.The paper not only discussed the continuing development and initials of radio and TV education,especially satellite TV education(including in-service teacher training and various kinds of non-diploma education),but also criticized the control and restriction on the development of radio and TV higher education.It pointed out that Mr.Deng Xiaoping's talk during his trip to South China and the activities of celebrating the 15 th anniversary of foundation of CCRTVU,set up the new challenges and opportunities for innovation and further development of China's distance education in the new ages.
