摘要
本文通过对北京市团结湖底商住宅楼扩底墩基础施工后的质量检验和沉降观测,以实例说明形式,分析验算了扩底墩基础的安全与稳定的程度;并探讨了有关建议中提出的桩端持力层容许承载力参考数值的实用问题。
In this paper the case history of belled pier foundation of residential building at Tuanjie Lake area in Beijing is given. The quality control and settlement observation after construction are presented. The analysis of the belled pier is made to affirm its safety and stability. The practical problem of the allowable pressure of the proposed bearing layer is discussed.
