摘要
采用花环形成及花环形成阻断实验和免疫荧光染色及其阻断实验研究抗肝癌米托蒽醌免疫毫微粒 ( HAb18- DHAQ- BSA- NP)体外靶向人肝癌细胞的特性 ,并利用 3H- Td R掺入法研究其选择性靶向杀伤人肝癌细胞的作用。结果显示 ,HAb18- DHAQ- BSA- NP能有效地特异性靶向结合人肝癌细胞 ,且对人肝癌细胞具有特异性杀伤作用 ,这种杀伤作用的特异性由人肝癌单克隆抗体 HAb18决定。
The character of targeting human hepatoma cell of mitoxantrone loaded immunonanosphere(HAb18 DHAQ BSA NP) for anti hepatoma in vitro is studied using rosset forming test, their blocking test, immunofluorescent test and its blocking test. The action of targeting killing human hepatoma cell is studied also using 3H TdR incorporation assay. The results show that HAb18 DHAQ BSA NP can target to bind human hepatoma cell effectively specifically, and has the specific action for killing off human hepatoma cells, which is decided by human hepatoma monoclonal antibody HAb18.
