摘要
介绍了反应堆控制棒的一种新型电磁驱动机构,其电磁铁线圈吸引位于密封筒内的衔铁,衔铁与驱动对象相连;当密封筒外的电磁铁线圈在驱动机构的带动下移动时,密封筒内的衔铁与驱动对象随之移动。论述了对该机构进行的刚度实验、承载极限实验、断电反应实验、温升实验及原理整机实验,并给出了实验曲线及数据结果,对其特点进行了综合评价。
The paper introduces a new electromagnet drive for reactor control rod. Its coil out of tube motives an armature inside of tube. When the coil is moving the armature can be moved with it and the armature drive the reactor control rod. The paper gives curves and data results of rigidity experiment, carrying capacity experiment, turn off response experiment, temperature experiment and the driving device experiment. The evaluation for the new control rod drive is given.
